Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items (unless received damaged or defective).

  • Slight variations in color due to photography or screen settings.

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 2–3 working days of receiving your order.

  2. Share your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. After approval, our team will provide exchange instructions.

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement item will be dispatched.
